BTW, if you've never read "The Pumpkin Patch Parable" by Liz Curtis Higgs,I highly suggest you do so.  It's a great way to insert a Christian lesson into Halloween.  It's one of the boy's favorite books this time of year!

I really wish I had remembered to comb their hair before we started this adventure!

Notice the piece of paper in Cam's hand.  He had to sketch out his idea on paper before transferring it to the pumpkin.
