SNUGGLY OWLS!
So, I'm fairly certain I've mentioned my love of Make It - Love It before in this postWhen I saw Ashley's tutorial for these Snuggly Owls I couldn't help but whip up a few!  It was a really fun project and the tutorial is explained very well with pattern pieces!

These are for the boys.  I made them out of fleece and denim.  I originally made them for Valentine's day.  Then I found some adorable stuffed monsters at Walmart that I couldn't resist for Valentine's Day.  So, I'm going to have mom give them the owls when we're in China as part of the paper-chain countdown project I'm working on (coming soon hopefully).  I hope they will realize that I made the owls especially for them and they realize how much we love and miss them.

This is for Amelia, of course.  It's also fleece.  The regular kind and the nubby "popcorn" kind. I'm thinking about holding it back and giving it to her for her birthday in June.  It would be fun to take it to China with us so all three siblings get their owls at the same time.  I guess it all depends on how much room I have in my luggage.  Either way I hope she will love it!!!

BTW, I'm linking up again!

I just received an update from our little Wuhan girl. We are waiting on TA now. In the photo we received this morning, I think I recognize your girl in the background riding on the yellow rocky horse. The date on our photo says Dec 1,2010. If you would like me to email it to you, please send your email address to mberry@pobox.com

Many blessings, Martha
