Hard Boiled Eggs!

Well, I've already established here that Emmy has a "different" like of food than most toddler's living in America.  But, I literally had to CUT - HER - OFF from the hard-boiled eggs I was chopping up for egg-salad sandwiches.  Ironically we DID get her to eat some ice-cream this weekend at Cam's b-day party :-)
